Brad Feldman is president and founder of Part Time Works, a boutique part-time staffing company specializing in small business, association, and nonprofit placements. Feldman possesses a unique understanding of the part-time staffing being a client whose company and customers benefited from staffing part-time professionals to successfully implement the company projects.
For more than 12 years, Feldman has been the president and CEO of BLF Management, Ltd., a small company that provides full-service association non-profit management. As president and CEO of BLF Management, Ltd, he has successfully managed non-profit and associations through mostly the use of part-time professionals.
Through this experience, Feldman has developed an intimate understanding of the complex demands of small businesses, associations, and non-profits. As a senior non-profit executive and small business owner, Feldman provides valuable insights into the strategic, business, and leadership demands of these fields.

Feldman continues to practice what he offers to clients, as all but one of his staff at Part Time Works are part-time professionals!
Feldman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in public administration with specialization in human resource management from Miami University, and completed graduate-level coursework also in public administration with a focus in strategic management from The Ohio State University. He has continued his education by completing the Institute for Organizational Management (IOM) through the United States Chamber of Commerce. He is also a Certified Association Executive, which is achieved by less than 5% of association executives.
Feldman is an member of the National Association of the Self-Employed, American Society of Association Executives, Ohio Association of Small Business, Ohio Society of Association Executives, Worthington Chamber of Commerce, and Orange Township Business Association.
