Small Businesses, Non-Profit Organizations, and Associations
While we are equipped to help companies of all types and sizes, we specialize in finding placements for organizations in the small business, non-profit, and professional association sectors. With an owner who has managed numerous associations and non-profits and has run a small business for more than ten years, and a staff with experience in human resources, association management, and staffing, Part Time Works is the only local staffing company that understands and strives to support these sectors by providing the services you need the most.
We Fit Your Budget
Part Time Works is able to reduce your overhead by handling all payroll and related taxes, worker’s compensation, and our related services. This simplifies your own accounting and controls your budget. You only pay for the work you need done. We take care of the rest.
We can work with you to fit a short-term income or payment derived from grants funding. As a small business, we understand the need for flexibility and creativity when it comes to finding the best solutions. We provide that to you, along with a level of expertise that ensures you’ll receive better quality for a smaller cost.

What Our Clients Say
Brad Feldman and the staff at Part Time Works took the time to get to know our business and understand our needs. Our new Part Time Works team members have the knowledge and professionalism to hit the ground running and make a difference in our organization from day one. - Jennifer Starkey, president of Key Management Solutions Inc., Worthington, Ohio, 2013
We chose to fill a position through Part Time Works because it is not a temp agency. Part Time Works connects employers to people with higher education and/or professional experience unlike some of the candidates you might find through a typical temp agency that is just looking to place as many people as possible. My roommate in Florida worked for a placement agency like that and she complained all the time about the people she placed not being career oriented or having a drive to be successful on a part-time basis and there was a lot of turnover. I think a lot of times when people think of part time help they do not believe they will get someone with a lot of experience or education and it’s clear Part Time Works is filling that disconnected area between employers and employees. - Joshua M. Frymier, CPA, Winkel, Green, & Van Horn L.L.P., Certified Public Accountants, Clintonville, Ohio, 2013
Thanks again for all your help. Super impressed with your operation!! Keep up the good work. - Nick Bogan, Vice President, Senour Flaherty Insurance, Mason, Ohio, 2013
Interviews
Once the job description is finalized, and we’ve screened applicants, we will send you the resumes of our top candidates with a description of the candidate and the rate for which that candidate is available. We’ll send as many or as few candidates as needed to find your ideal employee. Once you see someone you’d like to meet, we’ll take care of scheduling the interview.
Need assistance with the interview process? We offer our conference room for interviews, as well as our guidance during interviews should you need it.
Placement Options
We offer two convenient and affordable placement options to when bringing on an employee:

Our most common fee structure, this hourly rate includes payroll, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation insurance, liability insurance, unemployment insurance, and our related services. Direct Placement
This option bypasses our six month placement plan, putting the candidate directly on your payroll for a fee. Our standard Direct Placement fee is 20% of the anticipated annual salary the client will be paying the candidate. We offer a 90-day prorated guarantee on this type of placement.
